You get 14 days free. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged. This page explains exactly how that works. These terms are part of the T.HESIS Terms of Service.
New customers may use the Analyst plan free for 14 days from sign-up. You get full access to the platform. Each company gets one trial.
A valid card is required to start. We will not charge your card during the trial. We may place a temporary $0 or $1 verification hold, which your bank releases. Stripe collects your card details. T.HESIS sees only the card type, last four digits, and expiration date.
Unless you cancel before 11:59 p.m. Arizona time on day 14, the trial converts to a paid subscription. On the day after your trial ends, we charge your card the annual license fee plus the annual fee for each seat, exactly as shown at checkout, plus applicable tax. The subscription then renews every 12 months until you cancel.
Before you reach Stripe's secure card page, a sign-up step shows the exact amount and dates. You confirm them with unchecked boxes that you must check yourself. We save the time and the exact wording of what you confirmed.
Cancel in Settings, then Billing, or email billing@thesisportal.com. Cancelling will never be harder than signing up. We will confirm your cancellation by email within one business day. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you cancel after the first charge, your subscription does not renew, and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
If you contact us within [7] days after the first charge and tell us you meant to cancel, we will refund it in full. This applies once per customer.
[CONFIRM: ACH or invoice option.] If your company pays annual invoices by bank transfer instead of card, email billing@thesisportal.com before your trial ends and we will set that up.
If you cancel during the trial, we keep your trial data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it.
The first charge appears on your card statement as "THESIS AI TRIAL END" [confirm in Stripe].
When you start a trial, we store the time, your IP address, and the exact wording of the boxes you checked. We keep this so both of us can confirm what was agreed.
If a charge looks wrong, email billing@thesisportal.com within 60 days. We respond within 10 business days. Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your card issuer.
